Who is this retreat for?
Do you crave wide open spaces, fresh air and natural beauty? This could be the place for you. This is the ultimate digital detox, for you to go inwards, to give yourself time to reflect, to dive deep into your yoga practice and to share your experience with a community of like minded people. I firmly believe that yoga classes should feel fun, relaxed and inclusive. All levels of yoga are welcome and please do not worry about coming on your own.

Our home for the weekend
Burmieston Farm is around an hour drive from Stirling. We are staying in the most beautiful, luxury, The kind of place where you can find a little bit of peace. Each room is slightly different with it’s own special charm, the house is done to the absolute highest standard, it is stunning. Rooms are shared, if you are coming with a friend please let me know and I will do my best to ensure you are in a room together.

Our schedule for the weekend
You’ll energise with uplifting yoga classes and delicious, nutritious food then unwind with guided relaxation sessions and beautiful countryside walks. There is always lots of options during the yoga classes so all sessions are suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis.

Morning 90 min Yang Yoga session – A fun heat building practice where we will get the body moving. This fluid, invigorating class will leave you energised and glowing!
Afternoon – free time, plenty time to rest, read and reflect the surroundings are beautiful so an afternoon stroll would be ideal.
Evening-  Yin Yoga/ Yoga Nidra, the ultimate unwind. You’ll float out of this class feeling revitalised and relaxed.

Afternoons are intentionally unscheduled, leaving space for rest, personal reflection and integration of the experiences and practices we explore in community.

Our food for the weekend
From your morning smoothie to your tea before bed you will nourish your body with the most delicious, healthy food to leave you feeling energised, detoxed and radiant. Our menu is based around plant based whole foods with plenty of gorgeous healthy treats.

Please note: there is no wifi, and no TV’s so bring a book 😛
